Christian Business Administration
Daytona Beach Christian University's Christian Business Administration program is a distinctive educational pathway that not only equips students with essential business acumen but also instills a robust spiritual foundation for their professional lives. This program is designed to nurture leaders who can integrate Christian values into every aspect of business management.
The curriculum is built around core principles such as discipline, where students learn to manage time, resources, and self with integrity; Christian ethics, ensuring that business decisions are made with a moral compass rooted in faith; communication, focusing on clear, compassionate, and effective interaction in diverse settings; and organization, teaching students to structure their work in alignment with Christian stewardship.
A key component of the program is experiential learning. Students are required to participate in mentorships, where they receive guidance from seasoned Christian business professionals, gaining insights into ethical leadership and decision-making. Internships provide hands-on experience in real-world business environments, allowing students to apply their learning in contexts that reflect their faith-based education. Additionally, an overseas cultural experience is mandatory, exposing students to global business practices and cultural nuances, fostering an appreciation for diversity and enhancing their ability to operate in an increasingly interconnected world.
This holistic approach ensures that graduates from DBCU's Christian Business Administration program are not just prepared to succeed in business but are also equipped to lead with integrity, serve their communities, and honor their faith in their professional endeavors.
